I am a semi retired lawyer living in Ottawa, Canada.
When the earthquake of Jan. 12th struck my husband and I were greatly concerned because we have two adult children we adopted as young children from Haiti. We were concerned about the well-being of our children's biological parents as well as the orphanages we supported for many years.
We stayed often at Hotel Montana over the years.
My concnern led me to a Facebook page called Haiti Earthquake Hotel Montana.
This blog shares the stories of survivors and of those who lost their lives during the earthquake. All were guests or visitors at Hotel Montana in Petionville Haiti.
It also addresses how online community dealt with this issue.
